The Zeo Personal Sleep Coach provided me with the information and tools to make lifestyle changes that were necessary to get a good nights sleep. I was already a pretty good sleeper before I bought the Zeo, but now I'm able to see correlations between activities in my life and my quality of sleep. SmartWake is also great. It keeps me from feeling groggy in the morning by waking me at a natural waking point. The company is also super informative and very helpful. From what I've seen, they have a very dedicated staff that truly cares about their product. If you want to know more about how you sleep, and you're looking to improve your quality of sleep, then the Zeo won't disappoint.

Don't loose sleep over this purchase!

You won't loose sleep over this purchase; chances are you will sleep better once you know what you need to know.
I have been using the Zeo since July. I never realized what kind of sleep I was getting each night or the factors that can affect sleep. With this product and an informative web site, I was able to get answers and advice about my sleep patterns and how I might obtain a better nights sleep.
The product is great, the support is excellent and the cost is good. I received a call from the company not long after I purchased the product to see how it was going. Now that's customer service.
I highly recomment the product.
